
DOUGH
Anchor Salted Butter 200 gm
Brown Sugar 150 gm
Castor Sugar 120 gm
Eggs 2 nos
Flour 350 gm
Baking Soda 13 gm
Colatta Chocolate Chips 200 gm
Colatta Dip Blueberry
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
Wallnut (optional)
DECORATION
Colatta Dip Blueberry 150 gm
WORKING METHOD ;
DOUGH
1. Blend Butter, Brown Sugar and Sugar until fluffy. Then add Eggs slowly
2. Mix Flour, Baking Soda, Chocolate Chips and melted Dip Blueberry into the mixture till it incorporate
3. Use 10 gm of dough and make into shape. Then arrange the dough on a baking tray
4. Bake at 170 C at approximately 8 to 10 minutes
DECORATION
1. Use melted Dip Blueberry as a decoration
